In February 2013 WinTRADE BPO became the winner of the tender, conducted by VOLIA. WinTRADE Company’s terms of Incoming Line handling were recognized the best. WinTRADE operators will start handling the incoming calls from Volia’s subscribers in early March. This project kick-off will be the logical continuation of successful cooperation between companies (VOLIA already commands WinTRADE’s services of attracting and connecting the subscribers, as well as service activities accomplishment).
