The first BPO company in Ukraine WinTRADE took part in the "Outsourcing: Effective Dialogue" workshop, organized by business newspaper "Capital" within the "Personal capitalization" project.

One of the trainers of the workshop was Director of Business Development and New Markets of WinTRADE BPO Kostyantyn Yakovchuk-Besarab.

Kostyantyn has focused attention of the participants on the optimization of resources and effort that the company gets using the services of the outsourcer. Principles of business processes outsourcing project management were considered through the example of real cases.

In addition, business newspaper "Capital" published a special issue dedicated to outsourcing: "Effective Delegating: How to relieve business from the non-core functions profitably ".

Let us remind: the "Outsourcing: Effective Dialogue" workshop was held on October 8, 2013. In total, the event was attended by over 50 experts. Lecturers master class by the representatives of large companies that transfer their business processes by outsourcing (DTEK, Nova Poshta), and companies that specialize in serving large business players (INCOM, Simple Solutions, WinTRADE).
