WinTRADE BPO company took part in the first Ukrainian outsourcing forum as official partner. Outsourcing Forum 2013 took place on September 21 in Kiev.

Director of Business Development and New Markets of WinTRADE BPO Kostyantyn Yakovchuk-Besarab delivered a presentation on topic "Business Process Outsourcing as a tool to improve the efficiency of the company."

The trend of growing demand for outsourcing services in the world, CIS countries and in Ukraine was discussed in the presentation. Forum participants were shown examples of WinTRADE BPO fulfilled projects in various industries (telecommunications, pharmaceutical, financial, media, trade) in Ukraine and abroad.

On Outsourcing Forum 2013 not only IT-outsourcing was discussed, but also outsourcing in the legal, HR, finance and marketing areas. According to forecasts of Gartner research agency, the global market of IT-based outsourcing in 2013 will reach 288 billion USD (increase by 2.8 % if compared with 2012). Gartner notes that the steady growth of the market has been observed as a result in new models of outsourcing services.
