Director of Business Development of WinTRADE Company Dmytro Lytvyn visited the United States of America with a three-week working trip.

The visit became action-packed as it included the internship in the MBA program of the International Institute of Management (MIM, Kyiv), as well as a series of business meetings and negotiations. Directly in Silicon Valley, meetings were held with the management of such companies as Cisco, IBM, Huawei, Salesforce, Polywell Computers, Electronic Arts, BlackHawk and others.

A key element of the visit was his participation in the Silicon Valley Open Doors (SVOD), held on June 10-11, which traditionally brought together investors, already successful entrepreneurs and startups in IT industry, jointly determining the development of IT technology in the coming years.

"The most interesting became the discussion of global trends in the development of technologies with the recognized gurus of IT industry, and the openness with which the companies shared their plans and visions of development genuinely surprised and pleased at the same time," said Dmytro.

"As for the market of outsourcing services - the level of its development in the United States is far ahead of our Ukrainian. Though it opens for Ukrainian BPO companies the opportunities to enter the market on the terms of fair competition, taking into account the low cost of skilled labor in Ukraine and a significant spread of information technologies."
