On November 13-14 the VI European Economic Forum took place in Lodz, Poland. WinTRADE company was represented by Director of Business Development and New Markets Kostyantyn Yakovchuk-Besarab.

One of the main topics of the Forum was the development of the business process outsourcing (BPO) services sector and its advantages.
 
In particular, Kostyantyn along with other outsourcing companies and organizations (Invest in Poland, Lodz Special Economy Zone, PwC, SouthWestern (Ireland, UK, Poland), German Outsourcing Association (Germany)) representatives took part in the discussion of the global outsourcing situation in Europe. They also raised  such issues as competition of CEE region with India, the Philippines, China and Brazil in area of BPO, the main needs of BPO companies nowadays, as well as the key countries of CEE in BPO market and the way Poland looks like on the global outsourcing map.
 
In addition, the discussion also focused around the selected branches/regional specializations, including innovative textiles and fashion, innovative agriculture and agri-food, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, energy, including renewable energy and advanced materials.
