WinTRADE BPO Company has supported the First International Procurement Conference which was organized by Ukrainian Association of Procurement Professionals.

The main topics of the event were business development trend analysis in country in general, searching for answers to procurement specialist’s actual questions, awareness with European trends in the development of procurement. During 2 days Ukrainian and international professionals, speakers from the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia has exchanged their best practices and experience.

For nowadays particular interest was ordered to such actual topics: Association of Ukraine with the EU and transition to European standards and also the practice of using outsourcing in procurement activities. The head of WinTRADE business consulting Elena Kirilevnina took part in the panel discussion "Prospects of Ukrainian outsourcing development”. Elena shared information about outsourcing services and about service quality control method by clients in Ukraine. Also in discussion participated such experts from Russia as Zelimkhan Suleymanov and David Shertenleyb from Switzerland, who talked about outsourcing procurement activities in their countries.
