Outsourcing call-center site in Bila Tserkva celebrated its first anniversary. WinTRADE BPO CEO Tetiana Barakh shares the results of work:

 

“One year ago we opened a new site in Bila Tserkva which was to service a new project of our company. In one year we doubled the number of FTEs, increased the number operational personnel and also attracted trainers whose work is aimed at increasing the level of competence of our staff. We are satisfied with the results achieved by our team. If we talk about performance, the number of served clients has doubled over the past year and income of the site almost tripled. Today WinCALL in Bila Tserkva is serving not only Ukrainian, but also foreign partners of our company."
