    Installation and servicing
    WinSTALL technical specialists at any convenient for customers time will perform the following activities: TV and Internet installation and servicing support, installation and tuning of personal computers, software installation, wired and wireless multimedia networks construction and servicing, wiring and all types of cable routing repair.
    Quality of the works performed by WinSTALL and team responsiveness allow to reduce customer churn, reduce the number of help desk calls and have an impact on increasing the number of loyal customers.

    Delivery, replacement and collection of equipment
    WinSTALL technical specialists provide customers with telecommunications equipment needed for services functioning, deliver it and perform its activation and customization. In case of malfunction of the equipment our specialists will replace it and demonstrate service capability of a new device and process necessary documents as well.
    If the contract with the customer is terminated our experts will contact the client, take the equipment at the convenient time and deliver the collected equipment to our partners’ warehouse including the processing of the necessary documents.
