Forum Call Center took place in Serock city near Warsaw, Poland. More
than 40 participants were involved in it. They are representatives of
the outsourcing market and in-house call centers from Poland and the EU
countries. WinTRADE BPO was represented by Tatiana Barakh and Kostiantyn Yakovchuk-Besarab.
That was already the second meeting of this kind, and this time the main topics for communication and discussion were threats, challenges and opportunities for call-center and outsourcing spheres, as well as the use of new information technologies to communicate with the customer - video chats, social networks, etc.
The advantage of Forum Call Center was an informal approach to the event, in terms of information sharing. All speakers having practical experience shared it with the conference participants covering both their success and failures.
The organizer of the Forum, Maciej Bous (Maciej Bus'), expressed the hope that this year's meeting would result in another step towards better understanding of the situation on the market, trends, challenges and opportunities. Details about the event can be read on the official web-page.
