This Friday, trying to get home, Kiev experienced inconvenience that occurred as a result of bad weather. WinTRADE Team was aware of the need to help Kiev citizens, most of whom did not even know where to apply.

It was time to organize social hotline, which would coordinate the activities of rescuers and receive signals from weather victims.

WinTRADE representatives were informed about the initiative group of volunteers Help KYIV (site http://helpkyiv.org) and their activities, and decided to join the efforts. The hotline of WinTRADE Call-center accepts calls of citizens and transfers the information to volunteers who help victims to get out of jams and snow captivity.

This social project aimed at providing aid to people affected by severe weather conditions. We believe that such social projects will provide benefit not only for those people who have been given assistance, but also will contribute to a positive image of our city as a whole.
