WinTRADE
entered the TOP-12 leaders of Ukrainian contact center market. To
such conclusion experts of The
Ukrainian Contact Center Association came after
evaluating the market of 2012.
WinTRADE
Company for the first time was presented in the annual study "The contact
centers market of Ukraine in 2012", conducted by The Ukrainian Contact Center Association (UCCA) covering
the results of 2012.
WinTRADE is
a company with a high rate of dynamics. The
same survey for 2011 did not allocate our company in the market because a
contact center began operations in mid-2011.
Now
WinTRADE takes the 7th position among 135 companies participating in research
and covers 6.9% of the total turnover of the market leaders.
In
general, the volume of the Ukrainian market of contact centers is estimated at
65 million USD.
The
study refers only to one part of WinTRADE Company, namely WinCALL, a business-line, which provides the
full range of outsourced call-center services.
As
BPO company, WinTRADE provides business process outsourcing services not only in
call center area. However,
this assessment of WinCALL performance is important for the whole company.
We
are grateful to the experts who have conducted the assessment for the work
done. Obviously,
the actual numbers may differ slightly, but we believe that the existence of such
a study is extremely important and necessary for the development of the contact
center market.
We
believe that the 7th place out of 12 market leaders after the first year of WinTRADE is recognition and the starting point of our company in Ukrainian market. We
are grateful to our partners for their trust, and we will make every effort to
justify it by providing the highest quality outsourcing services in Ukraine.
