WinTRADE has announced new jobs for its call center. Having launched new services in WinCall call center portfolio such as package offers, the company faced a need in increasing the number of employees to implement new projects.
To ensure quick and quality service to its customers, the company has updated its call center infrastructure and expanded its functionality. New potential and staff members will help optimize processing of calls and improve client service standards as a result.
According to Tatiana Barakh, Director of WinTRADE, the dynamic growth of WinCALL call-center is an outcome of teamworking of professionals chasing the same goal. Broadening the call-center will allow WinTRADE to reach a new developmental level: to upscale projects of any complexity in tight deadlines and increase quality factors in providing services to its customers.
