Outsourcing call-center WinCALL, part of the first in Ukraine BPO company WinTRADE, expands its expertise in sales.
WinCALL team signed contact-center services contract with trading company which is engaged in catalog sales. According to the agreement WinTRADE provides information and consulting support to customer clients servicing incoming calls.
"We already have experience in catalog sales, as we have been selling products in such a way before. But this project gives us a new expertise: it is not only large enough, but also with a brand new product for us. Specially for this project we recruited and trained the staff to ensure the high quality of service which our customers are accustomed to. The project started on our Pereyaslav site where all the requirements set by the customer were taken into account and tested. Now it's moved into the operation phase and will be served on our new site in Bila Tserkva " – says WinTRADE CEO Tetiana Barakh.
"The project was set up in a very short period of time, during the Christmas holidays, but we were able to expand it in just one week.
