Outsourcing call-center of WinTRADE BPO company - WinCALL - celebrates a year of cooperation with "Volia" company, one of the major representatives of the Ukrainian telecommunications market.
"Our partnership with "Volia" has a long history. WinTRADE BPO provides it with various services for about two years. Last March we have expanded the range of services by signing the contract for provision of customer support services for Volia subscribers. Evaluating our achievements during this period, I can say that the number of cities in which WinCALL works under this contract has increased from three to eleven for the year, number of subscribers has increased sevenfold, the project now involves fivefold more consultants than a year ago. Our company has achieved this through coordinated teamwork of professionals and high-quality standards which we adhere to. Furthermore, WinCALL has recently developed and launched two more special projects for “Volia”. These are client check increase and new subscribers attraction. Projects have been started not so long ago, but we can speak about the good results as well.
