Outsourcing call-centre WinCALL, a business line of the first Ukrainian BPO company WinTRADE, is expanding. A new site is going to be opened in Poltava.
“In spite of the crisis in the country, our call-centre continues to increase the amount of services that are provided and to engage new clients. Only a year ago we opened a site in Bila Tserkva, but now it is obvious that the current number of FTEs is insufficient and we need to expand. We have analyzed in what region of Ukraine, currently, it would be comfortable for us to have additional workplaces and opted for Poltava. The sites of WinCALL opened earlier in several cities of Ukraine will continue to work for providing services to the current partners of the company. The site in Poltava will take on the part of working with key clients of the call-centre and, mainly, will be oriented toward the new projects development,” said Tetiana Barakh, WinTRADE BPO CEO.
“WinCALL is one of the key lines of the WinTRADE BPO’s work and we are pleased that the call-centre is developing. WinCALL not only actively sells the products of its partners and annually increases the amount of sales made for their benefit, but also serves big number of incoming calls that come to the hotlines of many companies. The number of served calls is growing too. It is not a secret that many Ukrainian companies in times of the crisis look for the options how to reduce their operational expenses. And in conclusion they apply to the use of outsourcing services, because this is a good way to save money on the non-core activities. It is obvious that demand on the services of our outsourcing call-centre is growing and we consider opening the new site to be a timely decision,” says Tetiana Barakh, WinTRADE BPO CEO.
“We all prepare for the opening of the new site. Besides the preparation of the workplaces, we are looking for the qualified human resources.
