A definite reduction of the number of subscribers is noted in the study. However, for the past six months, the market grew by 3.7%, reaching more than 7 million subscribers.
It's pleasant to realize that 8 of 10 companies from the list made their choice in WinTRADE's favor, choosing a partner for call-center outsourcing and business processes outsourcing in general.
Active sales, installation and service activities, market research, customer satisfaction research, customer equipment replacement and maintenance requests from existing customers are of the greatest demand of all WinTRADE services among telecom companies.
Internet providers also willingly order BTL-campaingns, direct-mailing, sales training and other services associated with attracting new subscribers .
It is to be recalled that according to the market research conducted by Ukrainian Call Centre Association, WinTRADE is in the top 12 market leaders among Ukrainian contact centers, taking the 7th position.
